Mary's career began as part of the duo Wendy and Mary with Sparrow Records.

In 2005, Mary joined forces with Darcie Maze, the innovative creator behind Puppets with a Heart. Darcie's globally recognized puppets, featured even on Cartoon Network, are more than just entertaining—they offer valuable life lessons with their removable hearts. With over 50 years in children's ministry, Darcie's contributions resonate worldwide.

Together, Mary and Darcie produced 18 captivating episodes for TBN, the third-largest network, which continue to inspire and bring joy to new generations.

In 2017, Mary's role as a grandmother inspired her to explore animation. She and Darcie collaborated to transform Mary's songs into beloved animated classics.
